1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TraxDeck software or accessing traxdeck.com (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, TraxDeck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software for your personal or business purposes in accordance with the plan you have purchased.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Redistribute, sublicence, or resell your licence
- Use the software to process or distribute content you do not have rights to
- Circumvent licence validation or device binding mechanisms
4. Payment and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via our payment processor (Paddle). All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 14 days of purchase.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TRAXDECK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRAXDECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law provisions.
